www.ayodhyatourists.com (DAAS INDIA) employee or agent would never ask for any of your card information related to Number, CVV, Net Banking login, Password, OTP, and so forth. Neither would they communicate to transfer funds to any personal account or install third-party apps like Any Desk, or TeamViewer. In case you get into any such act or any loss of your money, DAAS INDIA strictly will not be responsible for any sort of loss.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No Show for Individual (FITS) Visits/Packages:
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any unavoidable reason/s, we must be informed of the same in writing and this will be effective from the date we receive a letter in writing.
The cancellation charges would be as follows:
Note: If booking for the following period is/are canceled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund will be made for said cancellation.
NO SHOW FOR GROUP TOURS/PACKAGES:
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any unavoidable reason/s, we must be informed of the same in writing and this will be effective from the date we receive a letter in writing.
The cancellation charges would be as follows:
Note: If the booking for the following period is/are canceled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund will be made for said cancellation.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
(For the Cancellation of Individual and Group Tours):
· The Client would be provided with a Credit Note facility for the advance amount paid by him/her and the same can be used by the client anytime in future travels for themselves or any other person related to him in his family, friends, or relatives.
· In case the client urges for a refund- then a minimum of 10% service charge would be applicable on the total tour cost and the remaining amount (after lessening the 10% service charge) would be refunded to the client.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE FLIGHT TICKETS:
Flight Tickets booked are nonrefundable. Name change and date change can be considered as per the rules stipulated by the airline.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE WILDLIFE GAME DRIVES:
Wildlife game drives booked into any Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are nonrefundable. Even a date change request will be considered a cancellation and no payment can be refunded/ adjusted against it. This is as per the Government's rule and regulations.
MANDATORY IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT DETAIL:
All guests (Foreign Nationals, NRI’s, and Indian Nationals) must provide a Photo ID at the time of booking confirmation of tours. The given below Documents are applicable for different categories:
Note: VISA is compulsory to Travel to India for all Foreign Nationals. Kindly check the below link for VISA on arrival details for the listed countries. https://www.visaonline.com
MODE OF PAYMENT OPTION:
The clients can make the payment by Bank Transfer or by Credit / Debit Card.
Note:
REFUND POLICY:
Regarding refund of unused/unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance), the refund amount would be worked out based on the cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us.
Please note that the refund process may take a minimum of 5-6 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR the Bank account, the bank charges will be debited from the refund amount. Only written communication shall be entertained regarding Refund part.
